Peace, I'm Jamal

I am a spiritual psychologist, entrepreneur, and author of The Mirroring Manifesto and The 3 Human Energies. My mantra, “The Revolution is Consciousness”, reflects my belief in the need for a spiritual renaissance. My work helps others see themselves and their problems in a new light, supporting them on their personal journeys. 

Before dedicating myself to this work, I was your typical American teenager enjoying the comforts of the “American dream”: fast food, endless entertainment, and air-conditioned McMansions. It wasn’t until I became extremely depressed that I began to seriously questioning the sitcom no one else dared to question. My soul was deeply unsatisfied in this sea of plastic people with plastic minds on their way to plastic homes. 

This lead to a series of spiritual awakenings and mystical experiences that could not be explained by the prevailing dogmas of the status quo. I began devouring books, traveling to mind-opening destinations, and having profound conversations with people from all corners of the earth in search of Truth.

During the dark Covid times, I made the difficult decision to follow my guidance which did not align with the narrative sold by mainstream media; leading to me to drop out of college, book a one-way ticket to Cancun, and experience a life-changing year in Mexico. I volunteered at retreats, taught myself Spanish, sold herbalist products on the street, facilitating workshops at hippie gatherings in the Mayan jungle, became a teacher’s assistant for a permaculture course, and started my own plant-based restaurant (The Cocoyam) in San Cristóbal de Las Casas.

Towards the end of my Mexican adventures, I met my spiritual mentor who introduced me to a profound practice called Soul Mirroring. I was so deeply touched by the power of this spiritual practice that I felt an irresistible calling to share it with the world. This led to me teaching Soul Mirroring classes for the next 3 months and write my first book, The Mirroring Manifesto. 

As the dark Covid times faded away, I returned to California to complete my Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from UCSD. Following the publishing of my first book, I immediately began an extensive research project that led to the writing and publishing of my second book, The 3 Human Energies, which expands upon a personality model I learned during my two-year training in Soul Mirroring with the IRESOI Institute.

Currently, I offer free and paid educational content and work directly with like-minded and like-hearted individuals to help them build their ideal lifestyle and cultivate spiritual wealth.
